I cannot thank Dr. Reussner enough for taking such good care of my throat. I am a professional opera singer and I went through a year-long struggle with a mysterious feeling of something in my throat. After being dismissed by other ENTs, Dr. Reussner really listened to me, and made me feel heard and cared for. He was successful in diagnosing me with a rare disorder called "Eagle Syndrome" and was also successful in surgical removing the calcified ligament from my throat. I am now singing better than ever, and it is all thanks to Dr. Reussner.

Dr. Segebrecht performed a canal wall down mastoidectomy on me in November 1989, after I had had four other unsuccessful canal wall up procedures by another surgeon that did not prevent recurrent cholesteatoma or infections. It took about a year for my ear to settle down, but since then, I have had no further disease, my hearing, even with titanium ossicles, is almost normal, and my ear is virtually self-cleaning. I only see an ENT about every 4-5 years to check in, and not only is my ear always healthy, but each one has said, who was your surgeon??? Dr. Segebrecht was very direct and thorough in his conversations with me about his treatment plan and did not rush patients through his practice, which had been my experience with my previous ENT. I am very thankful for his intervention in my ear disease. I am now 48 and have never had any other health issues before or after the cholesteatoma, and I get to enjoy that fact since my ear is under control. Thank you!

Tanya Robb is amazing. After more than a month of horrible pain in my head, ears, face, and neck (thinking it was sinus and/or medication related) she found out the problem. Something I hadn't even heard of. TMJ is the name. A jaw clenching disorder. Two days later after following her orders I was pain free! I thought I would be one of those opioid addicted people from having to take them and then still not taking all the pain away. I now don't have to take anything a week after seeing her. A true life saver. I was going crazy. Cant thank her enough! Even Doctors didnt figure it out!

Dr Reussner was very attentive to all my questions about the reason I was seeing him. He was truly concerned and wanted to find a treatment for my ailment. He "turned every stone" as the old cliche states to find what would work. I am very impressed with his knowledge and care.

We were very happy with the office visit and surgery with Dr. Dinsdale. Our 2 year old has fully recovered and feels so much better after surgery. Thank you for taking such good care of her.

I saw Dr. Dinsdale as well as.Dr. Reussner , many years ago and was very pleased with both of them. Attention to detail, genuine concern and expertise.
After nearly 30 years away from Lawrence, I returned to see Dr. Dinsdale. Could not have asked for more!
