Our Physicians
Robert C. Dinsdale, MD has been practicing otolaryngology
and facial plastic surgery in Lawrence since 1990. He received his
undergraduate degree with honors from Baylor University and completed
medical school and postgraduate training at the University of Texas
Southwestern in Dallas. He has been board-certified by the American
Board of Otolaryngology since 1990.
Dr. Dinsdale was the first facial plastic surgeon in Lawrence and
has introduced new procedures to patients in our area for minimally-invasive
facial cosmetic surgery as well as reconstruction following skin
cancer treatment or trauma. In addition to medicine, Dr.
Dinsdale enjoys spending time with his wife and three daughters,
biking, and reading. He is a supporter of the arts in Lawrence as
well as being an active member of his church.

Stephen L. Segebrecht, MD has been practicing otolaryngology
and head/neck surgery in Lawrence since 1984. He received his undergraduate
degree here in Lawrence at the University of Kansas. He went on
to medical school also at the University of Kansas receiving the
Orr Award and AOA for his high marks. After completing an internship
at the University of Kansas Medical Center, Dr. Segebrecht did his
residency in otolaryngology and head/neck surgery at the University
of Utah where he developed a focus on surgery of the ear. He has
been board certified by the American Academy of Otolaryngology and
Head/Neck Surgery since 1984.
Dr. Segebrecht is married and has two children. He is involved
in his church and serves as a Boy Scout leader. He enjoys hiking,
canoeing, and sailing with his family.

Lee A. Reussner, MD, Director of the Kansas Voice Center,
obtained his undergraduate and medical degrees from the University
of Kansas. He completed his otolaryngology training at the University
of Rochester in Rochester, NY, and is board-certified by the American
Academy of Otolaryngology. He is a member of the Voice Foundation
and is an Assistant Professor at the University of Kansas Medical
Center where he directs the laryngeal laboratory. Being a music-lover,
he is also serving on the Board of Directors of the Wichita Grand
Opera. Dr. Reussner‘s practice encompasses a variety of ear, nose
and throat disorders, with focus on care of the voice and head and
neck surgery, including cancer and thyroid disease.
